The study is only good if something other th...Cory,<br />The study is only good if something other than no action comes forth as well as tells the community something we don't already know. For example, the infill construction that is already proposed for the core business district is poorly conceived and exemplifies the pay-to play crowd's vision-which is no vision. On the upside, if the expenditure pulls together the best & brightest, a shrinking number, to the process, it will be well spent. One needs to be optimistic.
